Most of us live by default. We follow the path that was expected of us, react to whatever lands on our plate, and occasionally wonder whether this is really the life we want. This course is an invitation to stop living by default and start living by design.
Personal Transformation — Designing Your Life is built on a simple sequence. You can’t design a life you love until you know what matters to you, and you can’t live that design while old beliefs keep pulling you back. So the course moves in four steps:
- Connect with your life purpose. Through self-discovery, you’ll uncover what gives your life meaning and put your “WHY” into words.
- Clarify your core values. You’ll name the handful of values you want to steer by, so decisions get easier.
- Remove obstacles. You’ll look honestly at what is holding you back, especially the beliefs that keep fulfillment out of reach, and practise changing them.
- Design the life of your dreams. You’ll write a clear future vision, look at where you are now, and make intentional choices today that bring you closer to the life you envision.
How to get the most from it
- Go in order. Each module builds on the one before it. Your purpose and values become the filter you use in Modules 3 and 4.
- Write things down. Every lesson ends with a short exercise. The companion workbook has a worksheet for each one. Insights you only think about tend to fade; insights you write down become something you can act on.
- Be honest, not harsh. Self-discovery works when you’re curious about yourself rather than critical. You’re gathering information, not grading yourself.
- Take your time. There’s no deadline. Many people do one lesson every few days, which leaves room for reflection between them.
What this course is, and isn’t
This is an educational, self-paced course. It gives you a structured process, reflection exercises and practical tools. It is not therapy, counselling or medical advice. If you’re dealing with something heavy, such as grief, trauma, depression or a crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional alongside or instead of this course.
Try this: your starting point
Before you begin, write a few honest sentences answering these questions. You’ll come back to them in the closing lesson.
- How would I describe my life right now, in one paragraph?
- What feels most out of alignment?
- If this course helped me with one thing, what would I want it to be?
