You’ve defined success on your own terms, built core skills and practised turning principles into action. The final step is to bring it together in one place: your Personal Success Charter.
What goes in your charter
- My definition of success (from Lesson 1.1).
- My main aim for the next 90 days and my why (from Lesson 1.3).
- My top principles: three to five short statements you want to live by, such as “I own my responses”, “I act before I feel ready”, “I give before I ask”.
- The skills I’m building: two or three from the Success Skills Checklist, each with a practice plan.
- My systems: the daily or weekly routines that keep me moving, including my weekly review.
- My support network: the people I’ll learn from, help and ask for help.
Keep it to one page. Put it somewhere you’ll see it often.
Your 90-day skill plan
Break the next 90 days into three stages:
- Days 1 to 30: start your main system and your first skill sprint.
- Days 31 to 60: review what’s working, get feedback and adjust.
- Days 61 to 90: build on your progress, add the next skill and plan the next 90 days.
Look back at your starting point
Return to what you wrote in the Welcome lesson. What has changed in how you see success and your ability to reach it? What feels clearer? Write a short note to yourself about what you’ve learned.
Success is a practice
Success isn’t a single moment you arrive at. It’s the result of principles you live by and skills you keep practising. Some weeks will go well and some won’t. When you drift, come back to your charter, ask “What’s one action in my control today?” and take it.
Thank you for doing this work. Come back to these lessons whenever you need them.
